Our Satin Tiles match the size and thickness of many popular store brands. WallStyles can custom tint tiles to match prominent colors within the image. The cost for tinted tiles is 25% less than the image tiles. Contact customerservice@wallstyles.com for pricing. Installation and Care WallStyles provides simple INSTRUCTION and HELPFUL HINTS sheets. Keep in mind GROUT is necessary for most tile wall applications. It is important to use a sand less type of grout or silicone, available at most tile outlets. Determine the type, thickness and color of grout best suited for your image. WallStyles is not responsible for breakage when tiles are being installed. Quality WallStyles uses state-of-the-art Dye Sublimation printers and ink on tiles specifically coated, heated and pressed for this process. Color profiles are used to maximize the color consistency between original and product and from one product to another. However, WallStyles and our customers must understand there will always be some variation with the custom printing industry. Please follow our CARE INSTRUCTIONS for maintenance of your tile product and other products from WallStyles. Wall tiles can be replaced at the same price as the initial order, but exact color matching and installation must be considered. Proofing We proof all files and/or scanned images prior to production of murals and back splashes. For large images, large quantities of one image, and delicate images, we encourage our customers to furnish a hard copy. WallStyles will provide a paper PROOF for large murals, Usually over 700 square inches. WallStyles will provide one TILE EXAMPLE for murals over 1000 square inches. Every order is inspected at several check points during production for color, image and surface quality. We package each item securely. Upon delivery, please take a thorough look at the outside of your package. Notify the driver IMMEDIATELY of any external damage and file a claim with the driver at that time. Then contact us via email and report the damage and the carrier claim so we can process the claim and send you a replacement product. Customers should contact us via email or call at 518-899-6277 immediately and report any damage. After speaking with our Customer Service Department, customers should return their damaged product within 7 business days. A claim form will be issued upon notification of any damage. WallStyles is not responsible for breakage during installation of wall murals or due to misuse of product. Please read and follow our installation and care instructions carefully. Our products are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground unless a request is made for faster delivery. This will have to be determined at the time the customer places his or her order. Yes, your original is returned with your order and we maintain your image in our data base. 2-4 weeks. No, in some areas we have recommended installation contractors. Refer to the next question.
Very Easy! We provide installation instructions, a matrix (which is a map of where the tiles are placed) and each tile is numbered on the back. For Maintenance, use a non abrasive cleaner and a sponge or soft cloth. We provide a list of recommended store bought cleaners with your order.
You may purchase a replacement tile at regular cost. We store your image and matrix for easy access just in case of a situation like this.

Yes, but they must be installed out of direct sunlight, under an overhang roof or in a shaded area. You may also spray a UV protection coating. This will add more protection. (For glass and porcelain only).
No, direct sunlight will fade your tiles, not indoor lighting.
Yes, our satin, glass, porcelain, bisque tiles are the standard 6" size and thickness. Our tumbled stone and white marble can be blended but they are thicker.
